Women's Sizing Information
Bust: Measure loosely around the fullest part of yoru bust.
Wasit: Measure at the narrowest art of your torso, leaving a one-finger gap.
Hip: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Men's Sizing Information
Neck: Measure loosely around the middle of your neck at the Adam's apple.
Chest: Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest. Stand naturally, keeping the tape level and snug without restricting breathing.
Wasit: With your feet slightly apart and your stomach relaxed, measure around the narrowest part of your torso.
Sleeve: Place one end of the tape at the base of the center back of your neck. With your arm slightly bent, run the tape over your shoulder and down the outside of your arm to just below your wrist bone.
